DOWNLOAD THE SHOWThis entry was posted on 4/30/2006 3:35 PM and is filed under uncategorized. We had a great time with Brian Harnois of TAPS and "Ghost Hunters" last night. An injury suffered earlier in the day kept him from joining us in the studio, but he promised to swing by the WBSM towers in the near future.
Brian talked with us about his experiences investigating the paranormal with TAPS, including some of his scarier (and funnier) moments. We also talked about what it's like to produce a television program around their investigations, with plenty of behind-the-scenes info you won't hear anywhere else. Toward the end of the program, we received a surprise call from TAPS demonologist Keith Johnson, and while we had him on the phone he gave us the advanced word on his upcoming return to New Bedford to teach his "Ghost Hunting" course at SouthCoast Learning on July 28. You can register now, and we suggest you do, because it fills up fast! We also debuted the EVP we captured last week at the Ellis Bolles cemetery, which you can listen to further on down this blog. We also had some "inside info" on the TRIPRG investigation of the former New Bedford whaling ship Charles W. Morgan down in Mystic Seaport. Be sure to check out the Standard-Times on Tuesday for Tim's complete report. And don't forget...this weekend marks the beginning of CAIPRS founder Derek Bartlett's "Haunted Cape Cod" tours in Barnstable Village. Oh, and if you think of it...drop us a line at spookycrew@spookysouthcoast.com , our new email address that will send it directly to Matt, Matt, and Tim. We'd love to hear where you are all from and how you heard about us...especially our friends around the world that have checked us out, in countries like Lithuania, the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Indonesia, Portugal, the UK, Canada, the Netherlands, and more! |
